Vegan+gluten-free chocolate chip cookies from the coffee thanks


Whenever I feel stressed, overwhelmed, or bored…I made cookies. Meditation measuring, mixing, and dug me out of my head and into a more relaxed space and the sweet reward at the end is icing on the cake. Not to mention that,they’re the perfect homemade treat package and gift to a friend or neighbor and doing the things that bring a smile to someone’s face Always Lift up my soul! However, due to so many people at my track have dietary restrictions, I’ve been looking for a recipe for truly delicious vegan+gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that everyone can enjoy with gusto. This will still meet the cookie monster lives in my house.

After trying their cookies at the restaurant after a few years, I want to know how they achieved such a chewy, satisfying texture, not at all dry(as many gluten-free cookies can be)–so I can’t Etc. We’ve done some different version of the ultimate vegan crackers, over the years, but the all time winner is the chocolate walnut. This is a big,chewy,whole food therapy, as long as one of.

A few notes from my own trial:

  • Baking, I want to use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 baking flour mix(do not confuse your own gluten-free all purpose flour.)

  • With the sub peanut butter for almond butter–or even sunflower oil, to make these letters.
  • These cookies keep for 3 days in a sealed container. I usually bake half, then roll an additional group into balls, freeze on a parchment-lined plate, then transfer to a refrigerator seal bags I have dough ready to bake for up to 3 months.
