This week at the White House
At the same time, this week the 1 month mark of President Donald Trump announced guidelines to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. These guidelines, originally planned for 15 days extension, until April 30th.
But some irritability. Trump himself is not a secret he wants to re-open the country soon, the issue again brought to the forefront Thursday when it was announced that another 5. 2 million people apply for unemployment.
The Queen on Thursday announced new guidelines”designed to alleviate the social alienation of the limit and re-open parts of the country as the United States grapples the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic.”
USA Today White House reporter David Jackson and Courtney Subramanian described them this way:
States will have to meet certain”medical indicators”before they can feel safe, re-open, according to the guidelines provided by senior government officials. The officials did not provide details of indicators, but stressed that they are”recommendations”together with provincial governors and local leaders with flexibility.
This week also saw protests in several countries, where residents angry over a wide variety of coronavirus-related guidelines, and to urge their elected leaders to cancel some restrictions on the economy.
“My daughter is out of work, my husband work has slow down my work, because of this,”said Deborah Palmer, who has a small business in Utah. “I hope that our representatives and our management officials can see, there are plenty of us who do not support the government’s authorization and restrictions take away our rights.”
Governor for their part may seem to go.
“We have some people here in Kentucky today, everyone should be able to Express their opinion, think we should re-open the Kentucky State right now,”Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear said. “Man, that would kill. This will absolutely kill.”
